I wrote an update for a local blog and what I am going to do is copy and paste it here. There's a growing trend at some of the trendier dining establishments...B.Y.O.C. Yup...that's right. Why? Because it's eco-friendly! 63 million pairs of chopsticks are discarded DAILY! And even though disposable chopsticks came into being as an answer to using up scrap wood, in today's world that just doesn't make any sense.
